Love

"Love, the most beautiful feelings a person can feel"

We live in a world that's too complicated. Life is hard. We find it too hard to live without love. But what makes life peaceful and calm is the way how we co-operate among ourselves binding with love. Love, indeed, is the best thing human had ever seen so far.
Today, we shall look deep into love and its origin. Have you ever thought- when human beings were uncivilized weren't they aware of love? Or have you ever thought about the origin of love? Have you ever defined love? Okay! here is a quick definition of love from the internet-

A mix of emotions, behaviors, and beliefs is associated with strong feelings of affection, protectiveness, warmth, and respect for another person.

Love can also be used to apply to non-human animals, principles, and religious beliefs. For example, a person might say he or she loves his or her dog, loves freedom, or loves God.

That's a good definition. But what remained being undefined is the size, the mass, the value, and the color of love. That seems impossible. Love is not a matter that we can measure or hold physically. It's deep feelings and emotions that we have towards something or someone. Love controls all of our feelings and emotions. Down there at the deepest part of our soul lay these crazy inconceivable feelings and emotions.

Types of Love

When I was in standard two, I learned about the different types of love from a science teacher. Today we will go deeper and understand their natures. There are mainly four types of love:

1. Eros
2. Philia
3. Storge
4. Agape

Among them, the greatest type of love is Agape (Pronunciation: A-gape) which is the love of sacrifice- love of God. Now let's get deeper and try to understand them.

Eros-  This is also called Romantic love. This love is conditional like- if you love me I will love you back. This type of love is common among those people who are in love between two people (both homo or hetero). Love during the kiss, sex, hug, etc falls under this type of love. This love is easily broken as it's not sacrificing nor it is forgiving. That's the reason why there are so many heartbroken, not forgiving, not trusting between two lovers.

Philia- This love is also called Friendship Love. This love exists between two friends who are very much close to each other who are indeed like brothers or sisters (so to say like siblings). Such love can be seen among two closest friends, among two best friends, and other friends with whom you can share your feelings. In such love, two friends may be deeply connected emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

Storge- This love is another way can be called empathy love. A most common form of such love is the love of parents for their children. This love comes easily and immediately in parent and child relationships.

Agape- Agape love is selfless, sacrificial, unconditional love. It is the highest of the four types of love. A simple way to summarize agape is God's perfect, unconditional love. There is no need for a condition for giving this love.

Besides those four main types of love, many types of love are being classified. But all fall into these three main types of love.
