What does the effective study mean?  It is studying with full concentration, dedication, and giving full effort. Most students can't attain the main point. There are no specific ways of how you can study effectively. Here I am trying to provide you with the best tips using which you can study effectively.


1. Maintain your health

This is the most important one. Having good health and physical harmony is a blessing to studying effectively. Without having good health you can't expect active study. So give enormous priority to your health.

Here is a list of how you can maintain proper health.

° Regular Exercise: Doing regular exercise can boost your physical health. What happens when you exercise? You sweat, your blood vessels get wider with decent blood flow, your tissues, bones, and nerves get relaxed and this will help to better consciousness, better nerve response, and better metabolism.

° Proper Sleep: Sleep at least 6-8 hours per day. You can break it into two phases. Sleep for 6 hours at night while using 2 hours as a reset lapse for the day. Proper sleep gives proper rest to your mind, tissues and muscles. Proper rest can boost your health as well as your mental health.

Proper mental health can be maintained by giving proper resting to your mind, taking nutritious food, food that is good for boosting your mind, etc can be of paramount importance to be given.
